Synopsis

Thirteen-year-old Luke Garner has spent his life hiding as an illegal third child, but his world changes forever when he accidentally triggers a national revolution. As the oppressive Population Police fall, Luke discovers that the new leaders might be just as dangerous as the old ones. He must navigate a crumbling society to find a way toward genuine liberty for all shadow children.
