روايات تاريخ الإسلام

روايات تاريخ الإسلام (Novels of Islamic History) is a series of twenty-two historical novels by the Lebanese-Egyptian writer and historian Jurji Zaydan (1861–1914), published between 1891 and 1914 to popularize Islamic history through fiction. The novels span from the pre-Islamic Ghassanid Arabs through the early Islamic conquests, the Umayyad and Abbasid caliphates, the conquest of Andalusia, the Fatimid and Ayyubid periods, the Mamluk sultanate, and into the Ottoman era.
