Synopsis

Sebastian Rousseau is a grumpy, impossibly capable fire pilot — and, inconveniently, the father of Gwen Dawson’s ex-boyfriend. A chance meeting once pulled them together; a missed connection kept them apart. Now, a year later, fate drops them under the same roof, where the attraction they tried to ignore becomes impossible to outrun. Tangled up in the complications of who he is and who she used to date, the two have every reason to keep their distance and one increasingly undeniable reason not to. The fourth Rose Hill novel leans into a thorny, taboo-tinged forbidden romance and grumpy-sunshine chemistry, set in the same mountain-town world as the rest of the series.
