Two of a Kind is a sapphic holiday romance by Ashley Pines and Eden Emory (a steamier pen name used by co-author Elle Mae), published in 2022. Told from both women's points of view, it follows Hazel, who invites her late fiancé Chris's circle of friends to a cabin retreat for their annual ornament exchange one year after his death — and is caught off guard when Quinn, Chris's best friend and Hazel's own former confidant, arrives too.

When a freak snowstorm leaves Hazel and Quinn alone at the cabin, the two are forced to confront the grief, history and unresolved feelings between them. A forced-proximity, second-chance romance, the book is a standalone novel with a happily-ever-after ending.
