Synopsis

Sara Bertelli, a famous pop singer on the verge of emotional collapse, retreats to an isolated cabin on Lake Michigan under the alias Sara Carmichael to re-evaluate her life. There, she meets Greg Pierson, a man as wary of the outside world as she is. Despite his initial 'no trespassing' signals, Sara finds herself drawn to his complex mix of politeness, bitterness, cynicism, and genuine concern, ignoring his boundaries.
