Synopsis

Years after she left housekeeping behind, Millie has the life she once couldn’t imagine: married to Enzo, mother to two children, and working as a social worker. Told partly through new perspectives and set well after the earlier books, the third installment brings Millie’s story to a close with the series’ trademark reversals, this time trading the claustrophobia of a single grand house for the curated menace of suburbia.
