Synopsis

Marian Langley must save her impoverished family, and she has settled on a scandalous plan: to become a mistress so skilled and sought-after that she can set her own terms, keeping control of her body and her fate. All she needs is a tutor. Nathaniel, Duke of Warrington — London's "Depraved Duke," who pays for pleasure and expects nothing more — is intrigued when Marian proposes he train her without taking her virtue, until their lessons in seduction spiral beyond his control. When a man blackmails Marian into an engagement that would cost her her freedom, Nate impulsively steals her away instead, despite never intending to remarry. Can he give her the genuine marriage she demands? Book five of Sophie Jordan's Rogue Files series.
