Synopsis

The Bronzed Beasts is the finale of Roshani Chokshi's Gilded Wolves trilogy, closing out a historical fantasy set in a magical version of 1889 Europe. With the crew fractured after a betrayal, Enrique, Laila, Zofia, and Hypnos must navigate the haunted canals of Venice to find Severin before time runs out.

As Severin is drawn deeper into the schemes of the Fallen House and the search for a temple where a divine instrument can be played, the team races against a deadline that threatens one of their own. Chokshi delivers plague pits, deadly masquerades, and hidden temples while resolving the emotional threads of loss, faith, and belonging that run through the series.

The book brings the ensemble's stories to a close with the trilogy's signature opulence and intricate puzzles. As a series conclusion it relies on the prior volumes and should be read last.
