Synopsis

In 1319, the bustling Tavistock fair is interrupted by the discovery of a headless body. Former Knight Templar Sir Baldwin Furnshill and bailiff Simon Puttock must identify the victim and track a killer through the crowded Devon streets. As they dig into the mystery, they find themselves caught in a dangerous web of old grudges and local violence.
