In the Belize rainforest, Kate Paletto runs a volunteer program for Artists for International Aid, a cause she loves that has been soured for her by a parade of self-serving celebrity volunteers using the work to polish their reputations. Worn out by divas, she has begun to question the program's worth, and then charming, strikingly handsome Sage Remington arrives and stirs feelings she hasn't felt in ages, even though he seems to embody everything she has come to despise.
