Synopsis

Frank and Joe go undercover as bicycle messengers in a big city to investigate a gang of high-tech thieves. Millions in computer secrets have already been stolen, and the brother detectives are on the case. Navigating dangerous city traffic is just the start, as one of their fellow messengers is targeting them. With a time bomb on Joe's bike and a dispatcher shot, the Hardys must quickly find a lead before their fast-paced investigation turns deadly.
