Synopsis

Frank and Joe Hardy are on the case when a new self-defense school in Bayport faces mysterious threats. They soon discover a ruthless real-estate developer is behind the trouble, determined to acquire the school's building. The brothers must uncover the developer's schemes before the school is forced to close.
