Storm's heart

Thistle "Tricks" Periwinkle grew up under the shadow of a murderous Dark Fae uncle. While he ruled, she found sanctuary among the Wyr in New York, where her ethereal beauty and sparkling personality made her a favourite with the public.

Her uncle is now dead, and the throne should pass to her. Not everyone wants that. In Chicago, someone comes close to assassinating her, and the attempt shows that her enemies are willing to act.

Tiago Black Eagle is sent to guard her. A Wyr sentinel, he can wield thunder and lightning and has ruled the skies for centuries. His massive build and storm power make him one of the Wyr's best weapons.

The two are thrown together under threat, and a stormy hunger grows between them. It is a paranormal romance, and the question it turns on is what that passion will cost the worlds around them as Tricks's claim to the crown is contested.
