Synopsis

A sudden revolution on the planet Dekkanar forces Captain Kirk and the Enterprise to evacuate Federation personnel. Starfleet's orders are clear: assist in the evacuation, but display no weapons, raise no shields, and fire no shots. Meanwhile, an experimental Klingon warship, commanded by a warrior seeking to restore his lost honor, sets a course for Dekkanar, possessing hidden capabilities that could change the balance of power.
