Sloane St James
Stand and Defend
Synopsis
Camden "Banksy" Teller, the new captain of the Lakes NHL team, travels to Vegas for his childhood best friend's bachelor party and discovers the groom cheating with his own maid of honor. Banksy tells the bride, Jordan Landry, immediately, and she walks out on her ex without looking back — only for him to retaliate in ways that send Jordan running straight to his best man for help. What starts as an easy camaraderie between two people who understand each other's pain turns into a no-strings arrangement neither expects to keep.
Sloane St. James closes the Lakes Hockey series with a sports romance that takes emotional abuse and control seriously alongside its central romance.
