Sidetracked
Sidetracked is the second installment of S.T. Abby's Mindf*ck series — a dark, propulsive romantic thriller told in dual point of view and designed to be read in sequence, each book picking up where the last left off.
Lana Myers is beautiful, brilliant, and methodical. Years ago the men who assaulted her and destroyed her family walked free; now she is hunting them, one carefully chosen target at a time, leaving the authorities baffled. Logan Bennett is the sharp FBI profiler assigned to catch the killer — and he is falling hard for the very woman at the secret center of his own investigation.
In this volume, Logan is pulled between his unknowing pursuit of Lana and a second case: a sadistic predator the media has dubbed the Boogeyman, whose attention turns dangerously toward the woman Logan loves. Fast, twisty, and morally slippery, the Mindf*ck series is best binged straight through.
A calculating serial killer avenging the men who assaulted her and destroyed her family.
An FBI profiler hunting the killer, unaware he has fallen for her.
A sadistic predator nicknamed by the media, whose attention turns toward the woman Logan loves.
Logan's FBI colleague, hiding a dark past of her own, who grows suspicious of his relationship with Lana.
Yes. Sidetracked is book two of S.T. Abby's five-book Mindf*ck series, and each installment picks up directly where the previous one ended, so it's meant to be read in sequence starting with The Risk.
The audiobook edition is narrated by Marie Hawkins and TJ Clark, produced by Tantor Media/RB Media.
