Synopsis

A shower of shooting stars signals the start of the Shaman Fight, a tournament held once every five hundred years to determine who will be crowned the next Shaman King. As shamans from around the world gather in Tokyo, Yoh Asakura meets Silva, an officiant of the Shaman Fight who challenges him to prove himself worthy of the title.

With his spirit ally Amidamaru at his side, Yoh faces his first preliminary opponents, including Horohoro, whose ice powers threaten to overwhelm him, and Faust VIII. This omnibus collects volumes 4 through 6 of the original Japanese release, presented in a remastered translation with new cover art by creator Hiroyuki Takei.
