Secluded Cabin Sleeps Six

Secluded Cabin Sleeps Six is a locked-room psychological thriller from bestselling suspense author Lisa Unger.

Hannah and her workaholic husband Bruce need a break, so when Hannah's charismatic, wealthy brother Mako arranges a long weekend for three couples at a luxury cabin deep in the North Georgia woods — gourmet chef, hot tub, spectacular views — it sounds too good to pass up. But the getaway is uneasy from the start: the cabin's owner is unnervingly hard to read, the house has a grim history, and a violent storm is rolling in.

As the friends settle in, old resentments stir and a strange thread from a recent family gathering — an anonymous gift of DNA testing kits that nobody will claim — begins to twist into something sinister. When one of the six vanishes and the group loses contact with the outside world, the weekend curdles into a fight for survival. Told through shifting perspectives and stitched with buried secrets, Unger's thriller is atmospheric, twisty, and steadily suffocating.
