Synopsis

In the year 1327, a series of mysterious deaths plague an Italian abbey, disrupting a diplomatic mission. Brother William of Baskerville, a learned Franciscan, must investigate these murders that occur within the abbey's labyrinthine library. To uncover the truth, he must decipher clues ranging from theological texts to forbidden manuscripts, navigating a world of heresy and power struggles.
