Synopsis

Bertha Cool and Donald Lam, a Los Angeles detective duo, are hired by a New York lawyer to track down a person of interest in New Orleans. The lawyer refuses to name his client, immediately raising suspicions about the true nature of the case. As Cool and Lam dig deeper, they uncover a web of secrets and shady dealings.
