One-Punch Man, Vol. 4

Now a certified hero, Saitama is required to perform at least one heroic deed a week to keep his rank. While he makes his rounds, a meteor big enough to kill millions is screaming toward Earth, and Genos races to stop it. Elsewhere, a run-in with the eccentric S-Class hero Puri-Puri Prisoner hints at bigger threats gathering beneath the sea.

Volume 4 of One-Punch Man widens the cast of S-Class heroes and sets up the Deep Sea King, one of the series' more memorable early villains, whose full assault lands in the following volume. The mix of genuine stakes and absurd asides, including a bonus chapter following Speed-o'-Sound Sonic's brief prison stay, keeps the tone light even as the threats escalate.
