Synopsis

When a disliked orchestral conductor is murdered in a theatrical display, Miss Phryne Fisher steps in to help Detective Inspector Jack Robinson navigate the unfamiliar world of high-stakes music. While Phryne investigates the crime, she must also protect an old war comrade from a dangerous new arrival in Melbourne. The case grows increasingly dangerous as MI6 agents and ghosts from the Great War surface to complicate the hunt for the killer.
