Synopsis

Supreme Pontiff Leo XIV faces open-heart surgery, prompting a reflection on his life and the repressive Church he helped create. Vowing to dismantle the very system he built, his plans are complicated by the emergence of the terrorist group, the Sword of Islam. As his past catches up to him, the Pope must confront both his internal demons and external threats to achieve his final mission.
