Synopsis

This powerful play by Federico García Lorca, "La Casa de Bernarda Alba," explores the suffocating grip of tradition and repression within a household of women. As desires and resentments simmer beneath the surface, the daughters grapple with their longing for freedom and the tragic consequences of their confinement.
