Synopsis
With the highest kaiju-emergence rates in the world, Japan is no stranger to attack by deadly monsters. Thanks to the efforts of the new generation of soldiers, Kafka makes it in time to save Mina Ashiro from Kaiju No. 9. Not only that, he has a host of improved Defense Force–style combat techniques tailored to fight his enemy. But with Kaiju No. 9 able to access the absorbed Isao Shinomiya and his wealth of martial arts knowledge, will Kafka's refined battle techniques stand a chance?
