Gwen Dylan is a gravedigger who happens to be a zombie. To keep her intelligence and memories intact, she must eat a human brain once a month, which unfortunately comes with the side effect of inheriting the deceased's memories. When she consumes the brain of a murder victim, she finds herself compelled to solve their death alongside her friends, a ghost and a werewolf.
