Dr. Cheney Duvall travels to the lush landscapes of 1860s Hawaii to support her friend Shiloh Irons in his search for his biological roots. While Shiloh hopes the wealthy Winslow family will finally claim him, their cold rejection forces Cheney to navigate complex family secrets and medical challenges in a foreign land.
