Synopsis

Forever Wild is a novella in K.A. Tucker's Simple Wild series, following The Simple Wild and Wild at Heart. It is Christmas in Trapper's Crossing, Alaska, and Calla and Jonah are hosting. Calla's mother and Simon are flying in, which she wants; so is Jonah's stepfather, which he does not.

Between wedding plans she keeps refusing to pin down, a neighbour whose meddling is well-meant and unhelpful in equal measure, and another neighbour's own family trouble spilling over the fence, the holiday turns into a long negotiation about what this life is going to look like.

Short, warm and low-stakes by design, the novella is written for readers who already know Calla and Jonah and want more time with them rather than more plot. It is not a standalone entry point — start with The Simple Wild.
