Synopsis

Dawn Schafer is settling into her life in California when she hears rumors of a ghost haunting the local beaches. While balancing her duties with the Baby-sitters Club, she decides to investigate the mystery of the spectral surfer. It is a lighthearted mystery about friendship and adjusting to a new home.
