Synopsis

Children of Anguish and Anarchy is the third and final book in Tomi Adeyemi's Legacy of Orïsha trilogy. Zélie believed her battles were over once the monarchy fell and the maji rose again — instead she wakes in a cage, trafficked across the sea by warriors with iron skulls, far from everything she knows.

Her true captor is King Baldyr, ruler of the Skulls, who has ravaged entire civilizations in his hunt for her power. As the Blood Moon approaches, Zélie, Amari, and Tzain search for allies in unknown lands, racing to gather the strength to face Baldyr before catastrophe reaches Orïsha's shores.

The book closes the story begun in Children of Blood and Bone and continued in Children of Virtue and Vengeance.
