Synopsis
Hatcher and his colony of survivors continue rebuilding a life in the aftermath of the rage-virus outbreak, even as new lives are born into the ruins of the old world. Government researchers release a genetically modified bacterial cure in a last-ditch effort to stop the infection at a global scale. Meanwhile Simon, still burning with infected rage and a grudge against the Cagers who once humiliated him, has finally assembled the army he's wanted from the start. As the cure spreads and Simon's forces close in, the future of what's left of humanity comes down to the wire.
