Synopsis

Squad 312 is back — and back on the run. Aurora Jie-Lin O'Malley's growing "Trigger" abilities have made her the target of GIA agents, criminal bounty hunters, and a war that has been building for millions of years. The squad's best lead lies aboard the Hadfield, the derelict colony ship that once held Auri in cryo-sleep, if they can reach its black box before their enemies do. Complicating things further, Kal's estranged sister returns at the head of a hostile Syldrathi fleet with no love left for her brother. Between a bank heist, a desperate firefight, and revelations that upend what the squad thought they knew about Auri, the misfits of Squad 312 have to decide how far they'll go for each other — and for the galaxy.
