Ashen Moon

Elunara is a witch whose dreamwalking visions blur the line between prophecy and nightmare, a gift that has made her a target for anyone who would rather control her power than let her keep it. She has spent her life staying ahead of the people hunting her, trusting no one long enough to be found.

Kaelen is a dragon shifter whose fire is chained to the will of the Ashen Queen. His freedom is a fiction, and his queen sends him after Elunara with an order to betray her. What begins as an assignment becomes something neither of them can hold at a distance, and the prophecy that binds them offers no clean way out.

Ashen Moon is a dark fantasy romance built around forbidden love, divided loyalty, and a slow burn between two people who were each raised to be a weapon. Published in 2025, it is a standalone entry in Zoey Frost's dark romantasy work.
