After the Fairy Tale

After the Fairy Tale
Synopsis
Amanda won her season of The Bridegroom, a reality dating show, and came out of it engaged to Liam, a charming Scottish contestant. Now she is sequestered at her parents' house in Nebraska, waiting for the season to air and for her televised happily-ever-after to become real life.
While she waits, she reconnects with Josh, her best friend from high school. What starts as easy familiarity turns into something harder to explain away, and Amanda is left holding two futures: the fairy tale she performed for the cameras, and the person who has known her since long before any of it.
After the Fairy Tale is an Audible Original scripted for audio by Terence Gray, Erin Day and Ian Thake, performed by a full cast rather than a single narrator. It runs about four and a half hours.
