Zamba

Ralph Helfer, a pioneer in "affection training" for animals, challenged the cruel practices common in his field. He believed that love, not fear, should guide an animal's development, even with dangerous creatures. This belief was profoundly tested and proven correct by Zamba, a four-month-old lion cub who grew to become a star in Hollywood and a cherished companion. This is the unforgettable story of their deep bond and Zamba's extraordinary life.
