Synopsis

On the planet Lusitania, a fragile peace exists between humans, the native pequeninos, and the Hive Queen. But a deadly virus, the descolada, is central to the pequeninos' life cycle, and a terrifying threat to humanity. As the Starways Congress orders the planet's destruction to prevent its spread, Ender Wiggin faces an impossible choice: save humanity or save a world and its inhabitants from a second xenocide.
