Synopsis

Wrath of an Exile is the first book in Monty Jay's The River Styx Heathens, a next-generation spin-off of The Hollow Boys. It is a dark contemporary new-adult romance rather than a fantasy.

In Ponderosa Springs, this version of Romeo and Juliet isn't a tragedy. It's war.

Jude Sinclair is West Trinity Falls' favourite exiled loner: cocky, insufferably hot, and a family foe. Raised across the tracks in a rival town, he reeks of trouble, which is the one thing Seraphina Van Doren has always had a problem avoiding. Now that he is living just down the hall, the pull is harder to resist.

Her father made one rule when Jude moved in: never trust a Sinclair. The last thing Phi needs is for her new foster brother to make her question her loyalty with his filthy smirks and his poet's tongue. But with every forbidden kiss and every secret hookup, she finds herself facing the same two options.

Betray her family, or betray her heart.

Contains sexual assault, child abuse, substance abuse and overdose, and the death of a parent. Intended for adult readers.
