Synopsis

In a small Vermont town during the early 1920s, the Ku Klux Klan attempts to gain influence, stirring fear and prejudice. A series of poems gives voice to various town residents, including a young Black girl and a young Jewish girl, as they navigate the escalating tensions and challenge the encroaching hatred.
