Witch Is When It All Began

Jill Gooder took over the family private investigation business years ago and thought she knew who she was. Then she gets a call: the birth mother she never met is dying and wants to see her. At her bedside, the woman's dying words are simply, "You're a witch."

Jill discovers she is biologically a witch, inherits a book of spells she has no idea how to use, and finds herself in danger from an evil being known as the Dark One. She also has a killer to catch.

The first of Adele Abbott's Witch P.I. Mysteries - a comic paranormal cozy that mixes detective work with a crash course in magical heritage.
