Wishing on a Star in the City is book 4 of Stars in the City series. In this one we meet Ivy and her ups and downs when it comes to relationships and finding herself. Unfortunately this book didn’t really do anything for me. I found it hard to read it and not DNF it. While I’ve not read the entire series I’ve read some of it and this book just dragged. Overall if a YA series keeps your interest piqued, then definitely read this one, but for me, a 3.5 ⭐️ is the best I would give it.
