This was a good Civil War tie-in, some things that were unexplained on the main story line are clarified here (how the anti-registration side discovered Tigra's deception and how they got the gates to the prison on the Negative Zone opened). We get to see Ororo adjusting to her new role as Queen and wife and rocking it, of course. The U.S. government on the other hand does another horrible show of appalling diplomacy.
