Synopsis

Twelve-year-old Maddie, who has spent her life moving between foster homes, longs for a true place to belong. Despite her Granny Lane's claim that she is special, Maddie feels lost at the East Tennessee Children's Home. She meticulously collects pictures of dream houses, hoping to find her own. When the imaginative new girl, Murphy, arrives with fantastical tales, Maddie begins to wonder if she has finally found someone who feels like home.
