Synopsis

Kris Pulaski was once the guitarist for Dürt Würk, a heavy-metal band on the verge of greatness. Decades later she is a washed-up night manager at a run-down motel, while her former bandmate Terry Hunt has become a global superstar. Then Kris realizes the truth: on one lost night years ago, Terry made a deal, and it cost the rest of the band everything — their music, their memories, their souls.

Armed with her guitar and a forgotten concept album, Kris sets out on a blood-soaked cross-country road trip to confront Terry, reclaim what was stolen, and blow the lid off a conspiracy that reaches the top of the music industry.

Grady Hendrix's We Sold Our Souls is a headbanging occult horror novel — an ode to heavy metal and a story about the price of selling out.
