Washed Up

Washed Up (With A Kraken) is a paranormal romance novella by L. E. Eldridge, the second entry in the Trapped with a Monster series (readable as a standalone). Culinary student Quinn is knocked overboard during an internship aboard a cruise ship and rescued by Jorah, a kraken who lives on a hidden island among other paranormals and who is drawn to Quinn as a fated mate.

Quinn wants to go home; Jorah insists she owes a life debt — not exactly a foundation for a relationship. What follows is a quick-paced, lighthearted monster romance built on forced proximity, plenty of tentacles, and a happily-ever-after, with a sassy nonbinary kraken love interest at its center.
