Synopsis

Scientists Eitienne and Lyra Redowl travel to the remote world of Horseye to study the Skar, a massive river system and its mysterious headwaters. Their investigation leads them toward the legendary City of the Dead, where an ancient artifact hidden at the river's source holds a secret far greater than any treasure. As the two scientists race against time and the competing interests of the planet's three sentient species, they uncover a truth that could reshape their understanding of the galaxy's future.
