This title is the third installment in the Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac series and follows a continuous narrative arc that begins in the first book, Dark Fae. Reading the series in sequence is necessary to follow the development of the central murder mystery and the evolving relationships between the characters.
The story takes place in the world of Solaria, five years before the events of the Zodiac Academy series. While this series can be read independently, readers familiar with the broader universe will encounter character crossovers and subtle narrative clues that link the different series together.
