Very Sincerely Yours
Teddy Phillips is almost thirty, working at a vintage toy store, and reeling after her longtime boyfriend ends things and asks her to move out. Looking for comfort, she turns back to Everett's Place, the local children's show she loved as a kid, and impulsively writes a letter to its host, Everett St. James.
What starts as one letter becomes a correspondence neither of them expects to matter. Writing as "Theodora," Teddy finds herself telling Everett things she can't say out loud, and he responds in kind, opening up about a career that has come to define him at the cost of everything else. Both are figuring out what they actually want from their lives, all while getting to know each other only on the page.
When their paths finally cross in person, Teddy and Everett have to decide whether what they built through letters can survive contact with real life.
Very Sincerely Yours is a standalone romantic comedy, an epistolary love story in the vein of a modern You've Got Mail.
