Synopsis

Aidan O’Conner was once a generous celebrity, but a string of brutal betrayals turned him into a bitter recluse. His isolation is shattered when Leta, a goddess fleeing an ancient enemy, appears on his doorstep during a winter storm. She grew up in a large, difficult household, raised mainly by her mother alongside an older sister who has cerebral palsy and several brothers and cousins who lived with the family at different times.
