A decent read. I liked the philosophy presented in the book and the way it's origin is traced back to the African community. I like the way the philosophy is explained in detail.
What is also nice about the book is the way it started out with the details over what all was going wrong in a newly promoted manager's work life. It presented a complete story. Where it lacked was the way in which the solution was implemented. True , this philosophy was followed , but the details on the way it was implemented was rushed through in the last few pages. It would have been a complete read if the implementation of the solution was as detailed as the problem description. Therefore, even after completing the book , it still felt incomplete.
