Synopsis

The second book in J. R. Ward's Kingdoms of the Compass romantasy series, following Crown of War and Shadow, announced by Bramble for 6 April 2027. The publisher's listing centres it on Sorrel, travelling north to raise an army against her imprisoned father, the Dark King. The first printing is a deluxe hardcover with stencilled edges, a foil case stamp, a map and designed endpapers. Nothing further has been released ahead of publication.
